To resolve issues with CarPlay not connecting

If CarPlay has been set up before and you have lost the connection try this first:
On the iPhone go to Settings > Bluetooth and connect to the Zeekr.
If this fails then follow the steps below.
- (Optional 1st step) Reset the system : Press and hold these two icons on the steering wheel for 10 secs: The mike icon and the three horizontal lines. The screen should go blank for about 20 seconds and then restart the system.
- On the Zeekr infotainment screen: Select Connect > Disconnect the paired iPhone using the trash bin icon.
- On the iPhone go to Settings > Bluetooth > and use “Forget this device” to delete the connected car.
- Press and hold the microphone icon on the steering wheel for five seconds.
- On iPhone : Setings > General > CarPlay > select the Zeekr
- On the Zeekr infotainment screen under “Available Devices” select your phone.
6a). Select “Pair” on the iPhone
6b). Select “Pair” on the Zeekr Infotainment screen.
- On iPhone : Select “Connect” to car and then select “Allow” on the next screen.
